The ergonomist.com will use a business-to-business approach, allowing service providers to profile their expertise and experience at the site free of charge. First, consumers fill out a list of needs. The request is then matched to pertinent service provider profiles maintained in the ergonomist.com database. Vendors receive an email with the buyerÕs request and instructions on how to submit a proposal. Fees are only applied to the vendor if there is a successful match and the two parties enter into agreement.
